Every Brand Design journey begins with a coffee date, Skype call or email exchange to get to know one another. We will discuss what you need your new Brand Style to achieve. We will also start with the heart of your business – why you decided to start your company and why you feel it requires a new Brand Style.


After chatting through the needs of your business and I have recommended which of my Brand Bundles would suit you best, it's up to you to choose whether to purchase the ‘CLASSIC’, ‘LUXE’ or ‘DEFINITIVE’ Bundle. Bespoke packages can also be put together for you.


After compiling an invoice of everything your new Brand Style needs, I will also email over a contract detailing the scope of work, payment information and timing expectations. Once the non-refundable retainer is received and the contract is signed you will have a secure spot in my diary.


Before we start, I will send you a finely tuned Brand Style Questionnaire to complete. This allows me to gain real insight into what makes you and your business so unique. We will get right to the heart of it. This then becomes the back bone for me to develop the creative designs. After I have spent time immersing myself in your values, goals and target audience I will send you several visual concepts to review.


My creative process always starts with pen and paper where I love to explore as many different ideas as I can. After the initial exploration stage I will send concepts to you for approval, which may then be followed by rounds of refinements. Through this collaborative design process I know we will produce an identity that perfectly tells your story.


After refining and approving the brand concepts we have worked on together and all invoices are paid, you will receive the final digital files. I create a secure Dropbox folder for every client that stores all your brand files in one place. The various formats and detailed Brand Style Guide is everything you will need to bring your stunning new brand identity to life.
